Osvaldo Medici del Vascello, born in Turin in 1902, arrived in Paris in 1922 and at a very young age took part in the adventure of the Italiens de Paris, with De Chirico, Severini, Savinio, De Pisis, Tozzi, Campigli, Paresce, Gajoni and others. He lived in the French capital until 1940, in a friendly relationship with Le Corbusier, Léger, Soutine, Magnelli, witness to the golden years of European art.
